How much is 1 serving? I need to watch my potassium.
This crema was fantastic! The only change I made was to add a bit of water so that it can be drizzled instead of spread. I’ve used it for everything I could think of! I’ve put it on my burrito bowls, salmon patties, many forms of salad and on top of my morning shakshuka. Dr. Axe, you’ve outdone yourself yet again. Thank you!
Nice to hear, Emily. And great idea!
Thank you. Dr Axe. I will try this. Sound like healthy dressing. Might help my osteoporosis and inflammation. Thank you so much. Maria Jones.
What is the shelf life of this? Looks delicious!
How long can you store this before going bad?
Hoping this will get my husband and myself on the mend.
